1. Product Quality Standards

All products supplied by Organic Global Exports adhere to the following standards:

• All products are certified organic according to international standards
• Products comply with food safety regulations and quality standards
• Regular quality testing and monitoring is conducted
• Products are processed and packaged in certified facilities

2. Order and Supply Terms

2.1 Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum order quantities apply and vary by product category:

• Spices: As per specific product requirements
• Pulses & Lentils: Standard container loads
• Superfoods: As per specific product requirements

2.2 Packaging

Products are available in various packaging sizes as specified in product details. Custom packaging requirements must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

3. Quality Assurance

Our quality assurance process includes:

• Regular product testing for quality parameters
• Moisture content monitoring
• Cleanliness and foreign matter inspection
• Color, size, and appearance standards
• Pesticide residue testing

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery terms are as per Incoterms 2020
• Shipping documentation will be provided as per requirements
• Transit times are estimates and subject to shipping conditions
• Insurance options available upon request

5. Payment Terms

• Payment methods to be agreed upon during contract negotiation
• Standard payment terms apply as per agreement
• Letters of Credit (LC) accepted
• Advance payment may be required for new customers

6. Claims and Returns

• Quality claims must be reported within 7 days of receipt
• All claims must be supported with proper documentation
• Return procedures must follow company guidelines
• Resolution will be as per agreed terms

7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• War or civil unrest
• Government actions or restrictions
• Global health emergencies
• Extreme weather conditions affecting crops

8. Confidentiality

All business information shared between parties shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.
